Or you can try retriving your license key, from here https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup Just enter email address and you will have it. If it was a genuine purchase then it's possible that you mistyped your email address when buying. It can happen to all of us. And your best shot is to reach out Customer Care Support as soon as possible, don't delay in this cause it's your recent purchase so they can help you out with it.
