  1. Have you checked Spam folder as well, cause some time these emails drops in spam as well.. And your best shot is to reach out Customer Care Support as soon as possible, don't delay in this cause it's your recent purchase so they can help you out with it.
  2. Then I would suggest you should contact Customer support, I am sure they will help you with that. Or you can try retriving your license key, from here https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup Just enter email address and you will have it.
  3. @Ben2004You need to login with your credential which you used while purchasing the Product and complete email verification, and do check the Spam folder in email because mine purchase confirmation was received in it.
