jt799 Posted February 8, 2022 Share Posted February 8, 2022 (edited) Hello, after upgrading CCleaner to the latest version, I started using the new CCleaner functions. I trier to uninstall or downgrade to factory settings the "Google" application as proposed by CCleaner. My Phone has since frozen, stuck on a black screen while the blue LED is continuously on. I have tried several times to reboot, pressing the start and low volume buttons together for 5 seconds, to no avail. Furthermore, to “revive” the device can you please try to drain the device to 0% (so no charging) after recharge? And can you advise what APP you were trying to factory reset?
