Hello, after upgrading CCleaner to the latest version, I started using the new CCleaner functions. I trier to uninstall or downgrade to factory settings the "Google" application as proposed by CCleaner. My Phone has since frozen, stuck on a black screen while the blue LED is continuously on.
I have tried several times to reboot, pressing the start and low volume buttons together for 5 seconds, to no avail. I do get the start up screen for a few seconds but it ends up with the black screen.
Help, please !
