HugoCommandeur Posted August 30, 2021 Share Posted August 30, 2021 The licence i had ran till 12 november 2021 and i got an offer to renew in which case the remaining time would be added to my new subscription time... when i activated the new key however the new renewal date is now 30 august 2022 so i seem to have lost the remaining 1.5 months i still had on my old licence. Plus today is a Bank Holiday here in the UK so that could cause a delay. Having said that it will not be added automatically if you had more than 90 days left on the old licence, if you are that early it's assumed you are buying a second licence. Although that should not apply here. If the time remaining hasn't updated in a couple of days then drop an email to support@ccleaner.com and they will make sure that the remaining time gets adjusted. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'?
