The licence i had ran till 12 november 2021 and i got an offer to renew in which case the remaining time would be added to my new subscription time... when i activated the new key however the new renewal date is now 30 august 2022 so i seem to have lost the remaining 1.5 months i still had on my old licence. Anyone that can tell me if i can still claim this lost remaining licence time? With kind regards, Hugo Commandeur
