CCleaner ne s'exécute plus après le démarrage de mon PC

J'ai repris un abonnement annuel de CCleaner pour mon PC sous Windows 10. Après avoir téléchargé et installé le programme avec mise à jour de la clé (copié collé), tout fonctionne bien, voir pièce jointe.

Le lendemain, quand je redémarre le PC, je n'arrive plus à exécuter CCleaner, le sablier clignote une seconde à la place du curseur mais rien ne se passe.

Idem avec les nouveaux téléchargement proposés par le support, ou en version gratuite + mise à jour. ils ne fonctionne qu'une seule fois jusqu'à ce que je quitte CCleaner, puis plus moyen de le relancer. Impossible non plus d'effectuer la cmd suivante :

Usually when we see this with CCleaner running once following the install and then not running again it is because of an Antivirus blocking it from running once installed.

What antivirus are you using?
What version number is it?

Check that it is up to date, it's best to check on the website rather than just using 'Check for Updates' in the antivirus itself.
We have in the past seen some antivirus programmes say they are up to date when in fact there is a later version available on the website.

 

Habituellement, lorsque nous voyons cela avec CCleaner s'exécuter une fois après l'installation, puis ne plus s'exécuter, c'est à cause d'un antivirus qui l'empêche de s'exécuter une fois installé.

De quel numéro de version s'agit-il ?

Vérifiez qu'il est à jour, il est préférable de vérifier sur le site Web plutôt que d'utiliser simplement « Vérifier les mises à jour » dans l'antivirus lui-même.
Dans le passé, nous avons vu certains programmes antivirus dire qu'ils sont à jour alors qu'en fait une version plus récente est disponible sur le site Web

Bonjour,

Merci pour cette réponse. Mon anti-virus est Trends, je l'ai mis à jour (cf pièce jointe) mais toujours le même phénomène ave CCleaner. Je l'ai d'ailleurs utilisé 1 an en version pro sans problème avec le même antivirus et même avant en version gratuite depuis au moins 3 ans.

Je pense qu'un des téléchargement de CCleaner a laissé une trace que ni le nettoyage du registre effectué avec CCleaner, ni la désinstallation du logiciel n'arrive pas à détecter ?

Trend Micro (Trends?) was one of the AVs that frequently showed / shows this blocking behaviour.

I think one of the CCleaner downloads left a trace that neither the registry cleaning performed with CCleaner nor the software uninstallation could detect?

As said before, and now that I know that you have Trend Micro, checking for an update in Trend Micro itself has proven to be not always reliable.

You sometimes have to go to the website itself to get the latest update of Trend Micro.
I believe that the latest is version 17.6 https://downloadcenter.trendmicro.com/index.php?regs=uk&prodid=1775

In the past we have found that when users of Trend Micro update from the Trend website then their issue with CCleaner not running goes away.

 

Comme dit précédemment, et maintenant que je sais que vous avez Trend Micro, la recherche d'une mise à jour dans Trend Micro lui-même s'est avérée pas toujours fiable.

Vous devez parfois vous rendre sur le site Web lui-même pour obtenir la dernière mise à jour de Trend Micro.
