Renewal question

I have been a user of CCleaner for several years now. My family all uses the same computer. My wife saw the popup on the screen and renewed under her name and got the software renewed...but it wasn't. 

It was a brand new subscription.

Today I just got an email that I have been billed for the 'real' renewal of the software. 

So I have paid twice for the CCleaner for the same year.

How can I get this rectified? Either get my money back for the subscription my wife paid for (she was only trying to help) or cancel the current subscription that popped into my email today (the real renewal). 

How can this be rectified?
