For a few days now, cclear has been reporting a registry issue : ActiveX/COM issue LocalServer32C:WINDOWSSysWOW64Speech_OneCoreCommonSpeechRuntime.exe -ToastNotifier HKCRCLSID{265b1075-d22b-41eb-bc97-87568f3e6dab}.
