Moderators nukecad Posted December 2, 2020 Moderators Share Posted December 2, 2020 Take a look at the common registration issues and how to fix or avoid them:https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/204043844--Problems-activating-or-registering-CCleaner-Professional One thing to check for is if you have used accented characters in your name when purchasing you have to use the same when registering.é is not the same as e, - ù is not the same as u, and so on. If you no longer have your purchase confirmation email then you can look up your registered licence details here, you will need the email address that you used when you bought the Pro licence:https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup Failing that you can contact support. You should email them at: support@ccleaner.com Again you will need to supply the email address that you used when you made the purchase so that they can find it. Support may take a day or two to reply, they are busy following Black Friday and Cyber Monday. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'?
