BLahz
Hi. Ccleaner pro has recently started pushing these script errors sometimes when it's prompting to run a clean. Took me a while to figure out what program caused it in the first place but right after closing this window CCleaner alerts pop up so I'm fairly sure its that. This only started happening after a fresh windows install couple of weeks ago.
Moderators TwistedMetal Posted July 28, 2020 Moderators Share Posted July 28, 2020 I had this the other day, I was told the servers were down. Make sure you aren't blocking it with a firewall or something. LinkinForcer
I actually have this same problem. I get the same exact message as the OP. I’m also on a clean install of Windows 10 except I’m still running 1909. I haven’t upgraded to 2004 like the OP has. It only happens when it was trying to push the advertising for Kano. As soon as I closed the script error message that ad came up. It happened a few more times until the ad stopped pushing through. Anyone know if they are working on a fix? Anyone know if they are working on a fix? I assume you mean Kamo. Bob5000
I understand you are trying to popularize and sell a new product called "Kamo" but I hate that it pops up every time I open CCleaner. Plus it tries to run a script every time. It might be a wonderful program but I'm not interested right now and, more importantly, it undercuts your integrity and credibility as a secure software program. How can I (or you) make this cheesy activity stop? Really, enough already.
