Hello,

I recently installed CCleaner v 1.30 and I am trying to run Cleaner. I read all the instructions and my cleaning doesnt seem to end (i've been trying for 2 days). I hit Analyze and it brings up some stuff then I hit Run Cleaner and the message reads that the filed were deleted. Then I repeat the process and again some new stuff pulls up. All the files are different sizes. Also they seem to be located in my Temp Folder. I tried to go there manually and was able to delete mostly everything except a folder that contains about 443K (i am confused b/c yesterday the size was much smaller). The folder is called "WCECOMM.LOG-Notepad" and this is a sample of many many entries that are inside of this folder.

06/27/2006 13:35:26.067 - Proxy: CTS serial pin is high and RSLD serial pin is low, possible cable problem.

Please someone help me with this issue....

thanks you so muc...

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I obtained the program that you suggested but have no idea how to set it up to filter CCleaner. I think my question pertains to the CCleaner... Do you have any other suggestions on how to make CCleaner run the cleaner continuously on everything that needs to be delited. It seems like I am supposed to do everything manually...

Jade,

Here is a link to a microsoft article. (I was timed out first and had to click on a redirect link)

http://support.microsoft.com/servicedesks/...gn&LN=en-gb

It is a very long article which mentions troubleshooting WCECOMM.LOGS (nearly halfway down it also talks about your "pin too high, pin too low problem")

I gather you must use microsoft active sync.

A little way down it mentions that the files are kept in a temp directory which may be why you have so many.

Anyway settle down with a stiff drink and give it a read! :)
