If so and if I'm even remembering correctly (may not be), I think someone has previously sometime ago reported the wrong OS being displayed in CCleaner which was believed or guessed to come from doing an OS upgrade/over-install versus doing a clean start from scratch installation of Windows (Win10 in this case). Click on the tab and it will say what operating system will open at boot. Is Vista listed there as well as Windows 10?
