TheOwner Posted June 18, 2017 Share Posted June 18, 2017 Event ID 489, cannot acces that file, causing error -1032 (0xfffffbf8) C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\WebCacheV01.dat Also last few versions CCleaner sometimes hang at startup causing error 1002 Application hang.
