Close all browsers and then open ccleaner

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

What operating system are you using?

When did this start happening?

What is your default browser?

Windows 7, when I just updated the CC program and OS [prior was Vista Home Premium] - just recently, FF.  In fact, just looked again and this forum site cookie was not there either even though I had to login.

check Browser Monitoring

make sure you disable it first so that when you close your browser, cc don't automatically delete all cookies

check your browser

make sure that your browser doesn't set to delete all browsing history when closed
