5.14 update

Does anyone know what is going on with CC? I try to download the free version 5.14 update to my desktop (WinXP) as I always have been doing (the Slim version) ad I keep getting sent back to the download page.

Have another try using a different browser.

 

Also clean your browser cache from within the browser.

Same here, I think there is a problem with the file servers, or the file itself. 3 Different devices, each having 4 different browsers, trying all versions, and all fail at the end of download saying "Network error" etc.

 

Plus, now my Antivirus giving alerts when trying to download 5,14......

I have just tried again downloading the slim build from this page

No problem with the download.

 

I wonder if it could be location related. I am in the UK.
