laurynasce66
Hello .The 5.04.5151 version has an annoying bug. The bug appears when the user starts a Reigstry Cleaner scan. When the scan finishes it tells you that there were detected many issues. The bug is that the issues are fake and there are more than 5000 detected (it detected 9512 issues for me ). When I checked the registry those issues didn't even exist. The Registry Cleaner IS showing FAKE issues. Anyway the bug seems harmless cause it doesn't delete those registry keys, it only deletes the real ones . Hope you guys fix this cause this is really annoying . Moderators Nergal Posted April 22, 2015 Moderators Share Posted April 22, 2015 How are they "fake"? if you mean not invalid, then you need to read my signature (which contains good solid advice for the registry section) ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
