dbailey60
Am wondering how accurate are the temps being reported by Speccy for say the CPU ? Seems as though they are somewhat off compared to my BIOS which I do have the latest version installed. http://speccy.piriform.com/results/c0DwQN8lBJ1QoxyFlEOYhTW http://speccy.piriform.com/results/JI2qomG0prqG3uwkU0TQNA6 As a matter of fact have used Speccy for quite some time and Temps always look to me as they are always different than what my system reports . Moderators mta Posted February 7, 2015 Moderators Share Posted February 7, 2015 if unsure, or just as a test, probably good to get some other products and see how they all fair. login123
Hi, dbailey60. Nice avatar. All the monitor apps I have used including Speccy are within a few degrees of each other on this win xp system. If there are big differences I expect the developers would like to know the actual numbers. The CCleaner SLIM version is always released a bit after any new version; when it is it will be HERE :-) Pssssst: ... It isn't really a cloud. Its a bunch of big, giant servers. Moderators Nergal Posted February 7, 2015 Moderators Share Posted February 7, 2015 Dbailey60 this is an official product site please do not mention competitive software nor link to it. Thank you. Also why did you start this thread when there is a huge red arrow pointing to the sticky topic for this problem at the top of this board. http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=42888 ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. login123
Yes, probably so, 17c is substantial.
