norel Posted August 5, 2012 Share Posted August 5, 2012 When I sign in, I have "Remember me" checked. I'm not deleting the "forum.priform.com" cookie, either manually or with CCleaner. In Firefox, I have "forum.priform.com" set as an exception and "Allow" so it doesn't delete it. I can sign in and stay signed in for a week or two then out of the blue I'm not signed in anymore. The Piriform forums are the only ones that do this. Every other one I've got set up to stay signed in never logs me out. WTH? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Moderators Andavari Posted August 6, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 6, 2012 Maybe CCleaner is deleting it, to remedy? 1. Open CCleaner and go into Options->Cookies 2. Right click in 'Cookies to Keep' and select 'Add' 3. Type in: piriform.com If you keep losing the cookie repeat step three and add in these: forum.piriform.com www.piriform.com Also make sure you web browser isn't deleting all your cookies when closing it. For instance in Firefox you can input piriform.com and tell it to allow the cookie if for some reason it isn't. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
