Adobe Flash Player problems

2tall

Recommended Posts

After I run CCleaner I can't play anything requiring Adobe Flash Player. I go to Adobe and reinstall the latest version, but the next time I run CCleaner, same thing happens.

Is there a setting I can change to stop CCleaner from removing Adobe Flash Player? Or any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Weird, I don't have those symptoms at all, even if I tick everything in my CCleaner (with Winapp2.ini).

Do you have latest version of CCleaner installed? If not, try updating.

Which browser are you using and what's your OS?

As nodles says you shouldn't have to keep reinstalling Flash.

Do a clean with ccleaner, install Flash, reboot, then do an analize with ccleaner and look in the list to see if you can see anything which looks like it's concerned with flash. Let us know what it shows or do a screenshot.

Are you using the registry part of ccleaner when you do a clean?

You could also try to remove Flash & CCleaner, reinstall CCleaner & clean, boot and install Flash and then analyze/clean with CCleaner.

You should keep your browser (Firefox) closed while installing Flash and for better cleaning results with CCleaner.
