souliloquy
I just got speccy and noticed that when looking the the temps it gives them in C by default. Well it says my cpu is at 66 degrees celsius. Which is about 150 degrees fahrenheit. It really feels like the numbers are wrong here. My laptop shuts down if my cpu ever gets to 90 degrees fahrenheit.
kroozer
Compare your Speccy reading with Core Temp or OpenHardwareMonitor.
souliloquy
I guess I was thinking too much those temps seem too high to me but after researching average temps they seem fine. Thanks a bunch.
redhawk
The temperatures are in range although a CPU above 60C may suggest insufficient air flow inside the casing. The processor temperature does vary depending on demand i.e. the harder it works the hotter it gets. Richard S.
