BrownSugar Posted March 10, 2011 Share Posted March 10, 2011 When I just installed the slim build v3.04.1389 of Ccleaner, I didn't see the option box for changing the default installation folder. I've installed and uninstalled older versions of Ccleaner over the years and this is the first time I didn't see the option to change the program directory. Moderators Nergal Posted March 11, 2011 Moderators Share Posted March 11, 2011 the button that says advanced during the first part of the install is where it is (BTW there's no reason to uninstall an old version before installing a new) ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
