Ian Ross Posted November 5, 2010 Share Posted November 5, 2010 Dear Forum, This morning (5th November 2010) I purchased and ran C - Cleaner 3.0 with no apparent problems. Everything was faster and sharper. Very good so far, but when I tried to open my Hotmail e-mail inbox I couldn't do it, and was told that my system was not supported (or words to that effect). Well, it was, quite happily for over 12 months until I ran CC this morning. My system is Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit. The Hotmail Information listed all the applications and Vista was not there. It is obviously something to do with CC 3.0 - can anyone help, please? Looks like you purchased the Premium Support for it which entitles you to direct support from the Piriform team so you may wish to contact them.
