Stealing space

I just updated to the newest version of Ccleaner yesterday and ran it. when it was done i had somehow lost over 100 GB of hard drive space. I didnt notice this immediately so I was unsure as to where the space went or what took the space from me. Today I ran Ccleaner and had My Computer open to see how much space I had. While Ccleaner was running I refreshed the window and sure enough Ccleaner was eating up my space. I now have less than 18 gigs left =_____=...

NOW HERE IS THE KICKER. I have a file system deep analyzer that says I am only using 40% of my hard drive! THATS HOW MUCH I HAD BEFORE CCLEANER. here is a screanshot. PLEASE help me fix whatever Ccleaner did.

Try rebooting...

Tried it... about 7 times while trying various other things to fix this that required restarts. Thanks for your help but I'm not a beginner. I maintain several websites and networks, but have never encountered a problem like this. I need something that most people don't think of. =]

first I would say that windows is probably correct and tuneup is wrong

please download http://sourceforge.net/projects/windirstat/ and find the file that is causing the fill up. You can extract the files to an external drive it's a no-install program

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

Thanks all. I fixed it. I used a program called Glary Utilities to find larg files like you suggested Nargal. The reason y Tuneup didnt find it is because it was a hidden file. Apparently Ccleaner duplicated an ISO that was rather large to begin with instead of deleting it. It told windows that it had deleted it though so it was rather well hidden. =____________= Again thanks
