jrmiller
Looks like I'm a bit tardy to the party, but I am running into a similar issue. I am getting the runtime error. I ran the debug and it triggered on the 'analyze hd date" with the 'analyze smart data' box checked. I have attached the debug file for review. Thanks for any help that can be given. =Jim Speccy_log1_06_19124-10-2010_20-28.txt

Guest MrRon
We are still looking into this. The more /debug logs we get the better

gym1
Well, it's been so long since I sent that so I'm not sure just how big it was. What is the upload?
Moderators Nergal Posted February 9, 2011 Moderators Share Posted February 9, 2011 Really it's just the debug logs they need unless they ask for the dmp (but hold unto the dump incase they do ask) ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
