Windows 7 Visual Styles

The fonts in certain places of windows 7 look bad when ClearType is disabled (for some people at least). Disabling visual styles and using the classic grey and blue (by default) Windows 9x-2k look clears eeeverything up. Anyone else use this configuration?

Nearly all the fonts beginning with C in Vista/7 were designed with ClearType in mind. Such as Calibri, Consolas, Candara, etc etc. Thus, they look bad without it ;)

I would personally choose to download some third party font styles.

I love computer maintenance tasks.

Some of my favorite programs:

Wordpad -basic word processing

Notepad - temporary clipboard and basic scripting module

Windows Media Player 12- video, music and online radio player

Windows Media Center - live TV, local FM radio

CCleaner- handy computer maintenance tool

If something fails to work after using the registry cleaner, use SYSTEM RESTORE.
