pwillener
You need to give a little bit more information.... What is your operating system? How do "most of your programs not work"? Why do you think this is related to CCleaner? Did you run CCleaner's registry cleaner? Did you let it make a backup? Did you try to restore the backup? Moderators hazelnut Posted August 3, 2010 Moderators Share Posted August 3, 2010 1. How did you uninstall ccleaner 2. Did you use the registry cleaner at all before uninstall 3. Is there a possibility you may have virus/malware on your pc 4. Are you able to use system restore 5. If you go into C\Program files and choose a program you normally have as a shortcut on your desktop, do it open if you double click on the .exe file 6. Perhaps you file associations are broke see here and try the LNK (shortcut) file association fix http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm Support contact https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general or support@ccleaner.com
