Nallep
I have Defraggler scheduled to do a weekly quick defrag in Task Scheduler. I want to know if it's safe to have task scheduler stop the defrag if the computer switches to battery power. Is it safe to turn that option on in the Task Properties conditions? I currently have "Start the task only if the computer is on AC power" selected, but want to turn off the defrag if I unplug my laptop. Is it also safe if the computer goes to sleep (close laptop lid) if the defrag is running?
jojotjuh
I'd wait for an official reply but I use task manager to kill df.exe sometimes and never had any damage done.
Aethec
Since Defraggler uses the Windows API, there shouldn't be any problems. Piriform French translator
