Mike Rochip Posted September 23, 2005 Share Posted September 23, 2005 How do I place a thumbnail in a post instead of the full size picture? Do I have to use Internet Explorer? I'm still using Outlook Express and I guess it defaults to IE when following a link in an e-mail. Can I change that in Program Access and Defaults or should I just switch to T-Bird? To get a thumbnail you must upload your picture to imageshack. It should give you multiple links and one of them is a thumb nail. That way you'll know right away if you need to use another link that ImageShack supplies. Another free image hosting service is http://xs.to/. The mistake I was making was that I was trying to insert the thumbnail code by clicking on the "IMG" tab and pasting it into the box that popped up. I didn't realize the thumbnail code should be pasted directly into the body of the post. Sorry for the confusion. agumon I meant no offense, sorry if what I said came out wrong.
