shintao
I would like to see a program that I can enter a name, like ASK.COM, or a url page redirected by ASK.COM, and have the program map out the source on my browser or PC that ASK.COM has it's fingers on, then give me a choice of removing all aspects or blocking ASK.COM from reaching my browser. I have been battling ASK.COM through various removal attempts, and have not succeeded as yet. I think it was integrated into IE8. I am a Google type person and plan to stay that way. So that is one program I would like to see. Somehow a mail program can analyze spam from mail, and that is what this program would do. Everytime the word ASK.COM, Yahoo.com or google.com pops up on your browser, you would have the choice of dealing with it to permanently keep it off your browser & pc. ============== ============== Thought I had just one want? NOT! I want an email progam I can mail to any email box I use, like my browser, free accounts, paid accounts, etc. The program would open up in my account mail, and stay active as long as I want it to. Usually accounts have an Archive area for storage. The program would only allow the email addys I list in it. IE. Jones, Mable, Piriform, etc. All others would be bounced back to originator with a message from me. "Sorry, we don't know you." or "I don't accept spam. How about you?" I have some accounts I use specifically for signing up registrations, those get all the junk mail and crap ~ hundreds a day. Then I have a private account I only use for friends. That account stays clean, and that is the way your email should be. ============= ============= And last but not least, their should be a consumer law that requires an advertiser to cease & desist if you check a box on his advertisement. I feel ASK.COM intrusion & redirects are harrassment, and I am currently seeking a class action lawsuit to force them to withdraw their AD fangs from people who do not want to see their face.
