razz
We wish to buy a new cordless phone and I figured that someone here may be able to recommend a really good phone that also has a reasonable price tag. fireryone
Some of the higher end Uniden ones are good. fireryone
Moderators Andavari Posted October 22, 2009 Moderators Share Posted October 22, 2009 I like Uniden too, as well as Panasonic. Stick with any good brand and you shouldn't do too bad. Actually any that will automatically turn on when picking up a call, the one I have now doesn't do that and it's annoying since I always forget. razz
We decided on Uniden, which we bought yesterday. Charged the batteries overnight and all working great. Thank you for the advice. Moderators Andavari Posted October 31, 2009 Moderators Share Posted October 31, 2009 What kind did you get, a single unit or expandable type? The one we have which is now over a year old has a base unit with an extra phone, of course those types can be extended I think up to five total extra phones throughout the house. razz
It's a 2 phone set - a base unit and an extra phone. Works great! A-Z Freeware Launcher Plus on MajorGeeks A-Z Freeware Launcher Plus on Softpedia
