But I have never used Avira before, so I was thinking you guys might know the best settings. So if you know the best settings for Avira, please help me and thanks alot! Right click the icon > start antivir > choose configuration 2. check expert mode 3. go to Scanner > scan > check all files.In additional, check search for rootkit before scan.let scan heuristic mode by default 4. go to Guard > scan > check scan when reading and writing & all files.guard scan heuristic by default. 5. go to General > extended threat categories > select all. done.
