abu aufa Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 I tried to update Win Defender def through Win Update but failed (error 0x80072ee2). So, I went to Mic Help Forum to find the answer but the problem still exist. I also tried to shutdown Online Armor Firewall...not working. Now, IE run very sloooow.I ran SAS,MBAM & Avira to make sure the machine clean. I also added Win update site to trusted sites in Int Option. any ideas ? thank Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You could just try also right clicking the OA taskbar icon and selecting ''close and shut down OA'', wait a few seconds then try doing windows updates. When all else fails 'safe mode with networking' should get you the updates.
