Also have you tried uploading using a different browser perhaps. Alan_B Posted December 30, 2008 Share Posted December 30, 2008 I almost ALWAYS has a temporary freeze at 100% completion of a download from many sources. Windows Task manager process tab shows me why. My anti-virus has taken over and is scrutinising what I got before it lets me (or Windows) have it. You need to launch Task Manager and click on the CPU column BEFORE the download, then when you freeze at 100% completion you can see what is taking all the CPU cycles. Another possibility is that your THREE computers COULD be fed from ONE common hardware router/firewall, in which case perhaps that has decided to block the last percent.
