BobS Posted November 22, 2008 Share Posted November 22, 2008 Lately when I run cleaner I get a message to close Firefox otherwise Cleaner cannot clear Internet cache, The strange thing is this-the program is closed.Why is this happening? If you see firefox.exe in the list it hasn't closed yet. Quick additional note. Look in "Processes" tab of Task Manager.
