chrissywiss
I get the following message at random times on my PC, does anyone know what it's caused by? Chrissy
chrissywiss
I should mention that I just started seeing this message after I installed HP Photosmart all in one C720 series printer. Not immediately after but a day later. Don't know if the two are connected but I'd like to fix what ever problem is causing that message to continuously appear. YoKenny
Have you downloaded the latest drivers from HP for that type of printer? chrissywiss
Have you downloaded the latest drivers from HP for that type of printer? Yokenny, I have downloaded the most recent drivers and I also have the driver dectective software and it does not indicate that the drivers are out of date either. I actually got the drivers directly from the HP website to ensure they were the most up to date. Chrissy
