craigathus
Just wondering how many people use "Microsoft Virtual Earth" instead of "Google Earth"? http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds http://www.piriform.com/docs http://www.postimage.org/
Moderators DennisD Posted December 24, 2007 Moderators Share Posted December 24, 2007 Haven't tried it craig, I normally use "Flash Earth", which doesn't need any install. I'll have a look at it with this link I found. Microsoft Virtual Earth:

Moderators Andavari Posted December 26, 2007 Moderators Share Posted December 26, 2007 I've only knew about that Microsoft Virtual Earth for about one week and only because some cable TV news or weather channel uses it. I used to have a 3DO edutainment ("education entertainment") game that had some virtual Earth model that could be zoomed in, etc., however I've never tried any of the modern variety. I think I'll try out that Flash Earth you mentioned DennisD since it doesn't install anything.
