Hi, I cannot find my Cleverbridge Reference Number anymore. A week ago I created a ticket for this but got no reply. Anyone got an idea how to get the Cleverbridge Reference Number? Greetings.

Hello everybody, I hope someone can help me. After I run ccleaner, i get the results. Amongst the results is also the recycle bin, ccleaner says it has deleted 924 files of total 9.670.844 kb. But when I press "Run ccleaner" directly again, there's only one result; the recycle bin with 924 files of 9.670.844 kb. It doesn't matter how many times I press "Run cleaner", I still get the same result. And when I open the Recycle bin on the desktop it's empty. Does anybody has an idea how this is possible and how I can solve it. Many thanks.
