Updated again today 12-17-09 (still the 16th here in the U.S., but 17th in New Zealand where developer lives).

Thanks!

It will only clean AVG temp files (log files, etc). It will not hurt the functionality of AVG.

I've been using VLC Media Player Portable again, and must say I like it's full screen mode for playing videos.
I agree. That's why I've used it for years for watching DVDs.

Very intetesting! I wonder how it compares to OpenDNS. Might just be another way for Google to collect user data.

I would have some form of real-time protection running on your PC, whether that is from your anti-virus or MBAM. I personally recommend users run SpywareGuard or TeaTimer, they are by far the best real-time protection you can get, and free, and far less of a resource hog than using an anti-virus for real-time protection.
I've considered using SpywareGuard, but after reading it's description, it sounds like most of it's features are geared to provide protection for Internet Explorer. Is there any point in using SG if your sole browser is Opera?

Something seems a little fishy with this test. Comodo was given a score of 100%, but excellent well-known products like Sunbelt and ESET were given 4 and 5%? They want you to believe that Comodo's protection is 20 times better than ESET? I don't think so.
That's like seeing a comparison test of LCD TV manufacturers with Memorex at the top and Sony at the bottom.

For basic/intermediate photo editing/managing, I always recommend FastStone Image Viewer. It's definitely worth looking at.

Lil more info there mate.... what o/s ? Windows 7 x64 ?
works fine for you "on" ... whats the point of replying if you won't specify on what platform its running fine on?
I don't have to explain anything I post to you.
If the developers are interested, it works fine for me on XP SP3.

Cleaning for Opera 10.10 works fine for me.

Very nice improvements!

That's not a bad idea, but it only takes 30 seconds to accomplish that on your own...

Although I know that having WinXP isn't the best choice for playing back HD video which is part of the issue in of itself.
Why is that?

I'm hanging back a bit until I see how the Unite bit works out.
At the moment I just feel slightly uneasy about it.
Yeah, I'm not really sure what Unite is all about or what it's appeal is. I've read all about it, but how it's actually useful in real life is still unclear. I'm keeping it disabled.

VLC is the better all-around solution. I also have MPlayer (with MPUI) installed because there are some things that only it can play, and it's so light weight.

Google makes by far the best smartphone OS (Android), so I would have to think that a desktop OS by Google would at least be decent.

In my opinion there's no such thing as a good browser toolbar.
