    No, it does not appear to have any negative affect on Edge Chromium.  Works okay as far as I can tell.

    Great, thank you very much for your reply and testing.

    Sync data is being saved in SyncData.sqlite3 file.

    Ok, we already know that, but there must be a reason why the LevelDB is always there. So I searched the web and found the following developer document: https://www.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/sync/unified-sync-and-storage-overview. They are talking about different models that use either only the SQLite and/or also the LevelDB. Therefore, the LevelDB also seems to store sync (meta)data. Does it break Chrome if you use "%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome*\User Data\*\Sync Data|*.*|RECURSE"?

    @siliconman01: What is your experience? Does it break the Chromium-based Edge if you use "%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Edge*\User Data\*\Sync Data|*.*|RECURSE"?

    New Entries ...

    [Sync Data *] ...
    FileKey13=%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome*\User Data\*\Sync Data|SyncData.sqlite3 ...

    Shall we add "*\Sync Data\LevelDB|*.*" as in siliconman01's entry for the Chromium-based Edge? If so, then I think we can also use "*\Sync Data|*.*|RECURSE" as a single FileKey, right?

    Your recommended merge is perfectly okay.  Sure glad that you examine and recommend our entries so that Winapp2.ini will be most efficient.

    Great! :) Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

    [SGX Default_Error_Stack Message *]

    Would it be okay with you if we add the FileKey to the entry [Intel Logs *]?

    [Dell SupportAssistAgent *]

    Are there important log files? Otherwise we could merge FileKey3 to 7:

    I think we should remove the [Mail and Calendar *] entry and just keep the [Windows Communications Apps *]. Some other Microsoft Store apps also use this, other than Mail and Calendar. ...

    Thanks, just to be safe: Shouldn't we rename and revise the newer entry [Mail and Calendar *] and remove the older entry [Windows Communications Apps *]? Or are all FileKeys of the older entry [Windows Communications Apps *] still valid for the latest App version for Windows 10?

    Ouch!  It should be *.tmp.  My apologies for my error.

    Thank you very much for your quick reply. I think we could probably merge FileKey7+8 then:

    Would that be okay with you?

    I also find that the following other modules has the same error.

    [Clover *]   FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\Clover\User Data\Default\JumpListIcons*|*tmp

    [HomeCinema CyberLink *]  %ProgramFiles%\HomeCinema\PowerProducer\Template\Cyberlink\frame|*tmp

    Thank you, but are you sure it's the same error? The entries are very old. I also checked a Winapp2.ini from 2016 and there is no dot either. I don't know if we should add the dot or not.

    Modified entry:  [Dell Logs *]

    Added FileKey5/6/8

    ... FileKey8=%CommonAppData%\Dell\Drivers\*\DUPLogDir|*.log;*tmp ...

    Just to be safe: Is the pattern "*tmp" correct or was the dot accidentally forgotten?

    ... i don't use chrome much so i only test autofill and this entry remove autofill ...

    Thank you for pointing that out. If the entry deletes the Autofill data, then we better add the warning again.

    I use Tipard Total Media Converter. They don't have Tipard Total Media Converter Platinum. ....

    But it was once available and not everyone always buys an update/upgrade. That's why we should keep it. Many other entries also support older versions of programs.

  11. Thanks for the research.

    The entry needed some minor corrections: RegKey13+14 are duplicates of RegKey5+6 and ExcludeKey6 is a duplicate of ExcludeKey2. The sorting is not alphabetical (triggers errors in WinappDebug).

    Revised entry:

    [Windows ShellBags *]
    Warning=This will reset folders size, view, icon or position settings to default and remove traces of the folders that do not exist anymore.
    RegKey1=HKCR\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\BagMRU
    RegKey2=HKCR\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags
    RegKey3=HKCU\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\BagMRU
    RegKey4=HKCU\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags
    RegKey5=HKCU\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\BagMRU

    RegKey8=HKCU\Software\Classes\WOW6432Node\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags
    ExcludeKey1=REG|HKCR\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags\AllFolders

    Added (replaced):

    RegKey1=HKCR\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\BagMRU
    RegKey2=HKCR\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags
    ExcludeKey1=REG|HKCR\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags\AllFolders

    I think you forgot to remove "Software\Classes\" from RegKey1+2 and ExcludeKey1, right?

    Removed ExcludeKeys. These paths don't exist

    I would suggest to keep the removed ExcludeKeys . As far as I know, they only exist on older versions of Windows (and also depend on 32/64 bit).

    [Indexed Databases *] ...
    FileKey2=%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*\storage\default|*.*|RECURSE ...

    The entry [HTML5 Store *] cleans the folder "\storage" already. Except for the folders "\storage\default\moz-extension*", because Firefox stores all settings of all installed add-ons (extensions) there. Deleting these Indexed Databases resets all add-ons to their default settings. For example, if you use uBlock Origin, you will also delete all downloaded filter lists. ("3647222921wleabcEoxlt-eengsairo.*" stores the settings of an add-on that was silently migrated by Firefox 66. "1671402671ueBglaorcokt0SCeahc.*" stores the uBlock Origin filter lists.) The Indexed Databases created by websites ("\storage\default\http*") are always deleted, even by the built-in entry "Cookies".

    [HTML5 Store *] ...
    FileKey2=%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*\storage|*.*|RECURSE ...
    ExcludeKey2=PATH|%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*\storage\default\moz-extension*\|*.* ...

    [FlashPlayer Cache *] ...
    FileKey13=%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome*\User Data\*\Pepper Data\Shockwave Flash\WritableRoot\#SharedObjects\*\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys|*.*|RECURSE ...

    The previous entry [FlashPlayer SharedObjects *] and the built-in entry "Cookies" seem to deliberately exclude this location/file. It seems that the file "settings.sol" stores global settings for the Flash Player in this location: https://forum.piriform.com/topic/32310-winapp2ini-additions/?page=242&tab=comments#comment-280836. (If there are really other files than "settings.sol" in the folder after the cleaning, we also could simply keep the entry [FlashPlayer SharedObjects *].)

    [FlashPlayer SharedObjects *] ...
    FileKey13=%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome*\User Data\*\Pepper Data\Shockwave Flash\WritableRoot\#SharedObjects|*.*|RECURSE ...
    ExcludeKey13=FILE|%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome*\User Data\*\Pepper Data\Shockwave Flash\WritableRoot\#SharedObjects\*\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys\|settings.sol ...

    I checked again. You're right. CCleaner's built-in entries clean those files except [Web Data *]. ...

    Thank you very much for your quick reply and checking the built-in entries.

    Just to be safe: We could then remove the following entries (= move them to "Removed entries.ini"), right?

    [FlashPlayer SharedObjects *]
    [Local Storage *]
    [Omnibox Shortcuts *]
    [Quota Manager Data *]

    [Anti-Phishing Data *]
    [DOM Store *]

    This is regarding [Stored Explorer View *]  entry.

    I just noticed that there are some more values there. We should add values from 0 to 10 or just remove the entry.

    Is the following entry correct? (It is your entry, please let us know if it should be revised or removed. Thanks.)

    [Stored Explorer View *]
