  1. Here is a little "cosmetic" change, because this was the only entry for Firefox using %ProgramFiles% for detection. The next entry has two detection lines. I think the first one (DetectFile) is enough because the entry gets detected regardless if the second one (Detect) matches or not. And I have a question about the following entry. Are you really sure this is for "MS Customer Experience Improvement Program"? Because the file "Custom.DIC" saves your own additions to the office dictionary (for the spell checker). And until now I didn't find a suspect file in the folder "UProof".
  2. Thanks! The only effect I recognize is that the help window needs a little bit longer to show up. But I use the help windows very rarely, so this doesn't bother me.
  3. I wrote some new entries (my first ones): [bookmark Backups*] LangSecRef=3026 DetectFile=%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox Warning=This will delete all bookmark backups. Make sure to backup them manually. Default=False FileKey1=%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*\bookmarkbackups|*.json [ElsterFormular*] LangSecRef=3021 DetectFile=%ProgramFiles%\ElsterFormular Default=False FileKey1=%AppData%\elsterformular\eric\log|*.log FileKey2=%AppData%\elsterformular\eric\tmp|*.* FileKey3=%AppData%\elsterformular\pica\log|*.log FileKey4=%AppData%\elsterformular\pluginmanager\tmp|*.* FileKey5=%LocalAppData%\.elfohilfe|*.*|REMOVESELF [MS Office Help Cache*] LangSecRef=3021 DetectFile=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft Help Default=False FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\Microsoft Help|*.* [brother Printer Debug Logs*] LangSecRef=3024 DetectFile=%CommonAppData%\Brother\BrLog Default=False FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\Brother\BrLog|*.log They work flawless on my system (Windows 7 x64). Maybe you can add these too: http://forum.pirifor...ndpost&p=208541
  4. Thanks for this very useful "winapp2.ini" file. I think a few entries need a warning message: [Remote Desktop Connection More*] Warning=This will reset all Remote Desktop Connection settings. [Windows 7 ShellBags*] and [Windows XP ShellBags*] Warning=This will delete window size, window position and view setting of all folders. Maybe you can include them in the next release.
  5. The "Trim_6" batch file works on my system flawless (Windows 7 x64 with UAC enabled). Thank you for the new version. The "mode" change is a good suggestion, the output looks much clearer. And I am very sorry that I am responsible for your evil UAC experience.
  6. Hi! I first thought that the latest "Trim_5" did not work on my system (Win7 x64). The same problem that was reported for "Trim_4" occurred: Once you hit ENTER, CCleaner launches and the script does not wait for you to run Analyze and close CCleaner. The causer was the "User Account Control". If I use "run as administrator" on "Trim_5.bat" everything works fine (because UAC does not pop-up anymore). Maybe you can add an advice that "run as administrator" is required. Thanks, Michael Edit: I was wrong, it only works if I open a "command prompt" as administrator and go to the folder using the "cd" command and then start "Trim_5.bat". Otherwise (using "run as administrator" directly on "Trim_5.bat") the winapp2.ini will not be found.
  7. Thank you very much for your fast reply and the needed entries for the ini-file.
  8. Hello! It would be great if CCleaner also deletes the unnecessary ZIP files in the update folder of Spybot. After the update process they are not needed anymore. (Version 1.6.2, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Updates") And all the unnecessary backups of the windows hosts file. Every time you immunize your system Spybot adds a new backup file. I think keeping the latest one is enough. ("C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc", "hosts.yyyymmdd-nnnnnn.backup") Thank you and kind regards, Michael
