What kind of problems you have with it? I'm using portable HostsMan without any problems (Win7 64bit).

HostsMan is a great tool to update & check & edit the hosts-file.

I've noticed significant slowness in OS start & responsiveness while using a huge hosts-file & DNS client enabled (not just network slowness).

Which CCleaner version are you using and do you use Winapp2.ini file?

IMO the latest CCleaner (v4.08.4428) does't even touch LoL files. Winapp2.ini file cleans some logs, but that's it.

Which "LoL saved Builds" do you mean? LoL works just fine for me after running CCleaner with Winapp2.ini
