I have Norton Internet Security 2012 on my system. There is problem with the entry listed below. Each time I use this entry I start getting an error. Some of the log files at that location shouldn't be deleted. I am attaching few snapshots of the error with this message. First time I saw this entry in R-Wipe&Clean few years back. East-Tec Eraser has it in their program for the last few years. I always have PerfectDisk on my system. Right now I have PerfectDisk 12.5 Pro. I also have R-Wipe&Clean that always removes this file, never had any issue. BTW this file is not a part of PerfectDisk program. I believe wiping .pf files from Prefetch directory is completely safe. The problem is only when ReadyBoot directory and its contents (.fx files) are wiped from Prefetch directory without restarting the system. I think we should have an entry to wipe .pf files since CCleaner's Old Prefetch data entry doesn't work on Windows Vista and 7.
