I have the following window services started

START -> RUN -> services.msc - I see lots of services that are started. Do you guys know any unnecessary services that doesn't need to start? so i can disable them? Thanks

Oh, one more question... For example i downloaded ZoneAlarm 5.5.094.000 and it asks me to update it. I should update the signature files right? instead of upgrading ZoneAlarm to it's newest version.

I been using Windows Firewall for couple of days and so decided to use something else. Should i use Zonealarm Free v5.5 or Sygate Personal Firewall v5.6 (free)? I heard Zonealarm v5.5 gives problems? Thanks

Well.. most of the time i am on the computer and i don't like turning it on everytime i sit on the computer and wait few seconds. But yeah i always check the Weather incase of any hurricanes or thunderstorms so i can shutdown my computer before it hits my town!! Some people says it's better to get a Cyberpower or a Surge Protection.. what does it actually do? Protects your computer from electricity failure ?

I wanted to do a clean reinstall on my Windows XP Home Edition but is it possible to backup the windows updates such as burn them in a cd and reinstall them after finishing the clean install on XP? Because it takes a long time to download those updates specially when using dialup.

hm.. yeah im using Windows XP Home Edition with Flyakite OSX.. its a shellpack. But when i had the previous version of CCleaner.. everything was fine. I guess some new things were added so thats why.. Anyways, thank you for ur info!

I just upgraded to the new version of CC. I was checking the options out and stuffs.. and i saw the button which says: Analazyer or something.. its missing its name on the button!! Here's a screenshot of it CC Screenshot any suggestions? thanks
