i don't think there's any actual hotfixes missing on my computer.
and those who are working on this CCleaner program, should do a little more research before adding any options to it.

why do repair install to get that $hf_mig$ folder back?. for me it came back when i installed another patch from windows update service.

The only problem it could create is a minor one with future hotfixes, not anything to do with everyday operation of your computer.
ok. that's good to know.

i wanna know that too. i also deleted those hotfix uninstallers some time a go. and i even not suppose to delete them. i though that hotfix option was unchecked, but somehow those were deleted too. i'm not noticed any side affects. even that my comp is started to freeze sometimes, but i don't think this is because those hotfixes,or could that be? if so,i really curse this program..

whose f*ckin' brilliant idea was that delete hotfix uninstallers option,if those are not safe to delete!! anyway i have not noticed any problems since i delete them. and i just check windows update and there was no any updates available,so i think that not any actual patches was not removed.
edit. and just also checked updates history and everything looks fine.

those hotfix uninstallers are now safe to delete,if you are using latest version of CCleaner. it removes $NtUninstall.. folders from Windows directory. if you are running out of space, consider to remove those folders. like i said,it's SAFE.
