Here's also good program for dealing with index.dat files: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/indexdatsuite.html
With it you can search all index.dat files on your system and then generate a batch file to remove ID files during Windows startup.
Oh, just noticed that YoKenny already was mentioned this program. Well, now it is mentioned twice...

Final version of 9.10 is now officially released. http://www.opera.com/download/
Changelog: http://www.opera.com/docs/changelogs/windows/910/

I have two versions of Opera installed, 8.54 and 9.02. Both run well. Whats different in the new 9.10 version?
I think biggest new feature in 9.10 is Fraud Protection. http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/blog/2006/...raud-protection

Not all got those settings changed manually... It's good for saving time and effort. Also good if you don't have enough knowledge to do that manually.Doesn't do much that I haven't already changed manually

Thanks for head up, just installed it.

But if I try to navigate to it in windows explorer, or my computer, it doesn't exist. Even with "hide (everything)" unticked.
You also have to uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" to see Temporary Internet Files folder when IE7 is installed.

I just found solution here: http://www.thehotfix.net/forums/lofiversio....php?t6962.html

I installed IE7 and after that i noticed, that windows/temporary internet files folder is locked to hidden. Is there a way make it visible?

Is this new "feature" in latest version? Previous version deleted all win log files without mercy.
-
I notice this thing with latest CCleaner. I check that option and run, but windows log files are not listed even there are log files.

Well, i uninstalled flash and performed clean install with this latest one.
-
You only need to run the un-installer to be able to update.
What do you exactly mean? I was able to update fine without running un-installer.
Do I download this as well in the same way as the other in order for it to work in opera?Yes,download it also via Opera and it then installs needed plugins to Opera/program/plugins folder,so that flash works with Opera also.
-
You need to un-install the old version before you can install the new version:
Is this necessary? I didn't do that now,but i did clean install with previous version...

Reallocated Sector Count
in Hardware
Posted
In one of my hard drive there's Reallocated Sector Count "Raw value" 13. It's raised from 2 to 13 about in 4 months. I buyed that drive 11/28/2005. That drive is Seagate Barracuda 80Gt. It's Slave drive and only contains video files.
Also UltraDMA CRC Error Count is 2.
Should i be worried about that drive?
