  1. It makes it impossible to play any unauthorized copies (what companies love to refer to as piracy) of a game.

    Sorry to burst you'r bubble but that is piracy...

    They also have silly ideas to sell game-content like, example you start the game with some cars, but if you want the better cars, you have to pay and it gets them online.

    And what game is this? Anyway if you read the whole thread you'd see that their making Xbox live silver free.

  2. THANK YOU!  I have telling this to people ever since the first one came out. Good FPS games are Unreal Tournament 2004, Half Life 2, and Call of Duty. Also AA is cool for a free game.

    I never said Halo is better than any of those games.

    All I meant was that Halo is immensely popular on Xbox and that Sony might be trying to match that with Killzone on PS3

    BTW, why so harsh on Halo?

  3. Ahhh I see. It's a Minidisc. That changes things a bit. Im not 100% sure, but look through the manuel (if you still have it) and look for mp3. Sony likes to force you to use atrac, so they hide the Mp3 info :P

    All the info on how to get mp3's on my player was in one tiny hidden paragraph in the troubleshooting section.

  4. There's a small program on my mp3 player called MP3 Manager, and I just launch it and drag files onto it.

    Which mp3 player do you have?

    <edit>

    MP3 manager came already on my player

  5. I ditched I tunes because I never use it, but I use realplayer for my mp3 player. It is a sony and it has that stupid atrac format, and the included software is terrible.

    I hate sonicstage. It's horrible. I have a Sony mp3 player too, but I don't use the atrac format. Everything is mp3.

  6. Yeah 512 MB Ram should be considered the minimum for WinXP, also many moderately priced PC's generally come with at least 512 MB Ram.

    To allow WinXP to run smoother on a less powerful system (actually any system) is to disable resource hog features like XP themes. Also don't allow unnecessary programs to run in the systray, too many programmers think they're software should start when the system does thus slowing down systems. Really only antivirus, firewall, and antispyware software, and optionally ad filtering software are all that really needs to be running in the systray.

    I only really have Syagte, NOD32, Winamp, and FF running whenever im on my computer. But I also have various tweaks, which also help speed up things a bit.
