  2. Hi, nope, I tried that but Licence Key returned as 'expired'. Thankfully I was emailed early this morning the a new Key, loaded and activated, and the program is up and running. Thanks for responding tho. Take care
  3. Hi DaveJustDave, yes everything was received except for the Licence Key. I was however emailed at 6am today with the outstanding info - I've loaded the new Key, activated, and the software is running once more. Thanks for responding, appreciate it.
  4. On Friday 6th October I renewed my 2 Year, 3 devices Licence, paid via Credit Card, and despite numerous emails and requests for the Activation Key, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been received. Except the usual "We'll get back to you" nonsense emails! Shocking Customer Service. How can customers be expected to deal with Cleverbridge when this is how we are treated? Disgusting!

Hello, I am experiencing exactly the same issue of non-receipt of CCleaner licence - ordered and paid for on Friday 6th October, invoice received, together with the notice of possibly waiting 1-2 days for Licence Key. Huh!!! We're now 5 days later, zero help from the email address other than "we'll get back to you ...." and no-one does! This is shocking Customer Service and I'm rethinking ever using this Company again. Very quick to accept payment, but not to deliver the goods. I've used your software for years, what is going on that you can't deliver your Orders within an acceptable time period??
