I've been trying to retrieve my license # now for ten (yes 10) days and I keep getting this error (see title).
I've sent two emails to support@ccleaner.com over this time, to which I have had no reply! So much for 'paid subscription priority'.
I know, I'm the one who misplaced the license #, but the old (ancient) computer died and I need the license for the new(er) one.
Can anybody shed light on this for me please.
