CCleaner on my home pc crashes while the cleaner is running. i can still use all the other features with no problem. i have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it with no virus program running. my pc is running XP SP2 with a 6300 intel. it worked just fine before the last update. i tried going back to the version that worked but now it no longer works too. any one got any ideas. Moderators Andavari Posted April 11, 2007 Moderators Share Posted April 11, 2007 I know some people had problems due to some files in their Temp folder, so "perhaps" manually deleting the files in your Temp folder "may" work. To do this: Click Start, Run, and type in %temp%then click OK. Manually delete the files listed in the Temp folder.Note: Locked/in-use files can't be deleted.
